1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
method
- Heat oil over low heat and add red onions with a pinch of salt. Cook slowly for 10 mins.
- Add sugar and balsamic vinegar to onions and stir on low heat for 3 mins or until sugar has dissolved and vinegar has reduced. Put caramelised onions to one side.
- Cook 3 x Angel Bay Gourmet Slider Patties according to the product instructions.
- With a few minutes of cook time left on the patties, place a slice of cheese on each patty and grill.
- Slice the tomatoes.
- Prepare the trio of sliders by placing the mayonnaise on the bottom bun, followed by the patty with melted cheese, caramelised onion, tomato, lettuce and the top bun.
