INGREDIENTS

  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 2 bok choy
  • 50g ginger peeled and sliced thinly
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 carrot peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

METHOD

  1. Fry garlic and ginger in hot sesame oil.
  2. Add all veges and bring to heat.
  3. Add ½ cup water and simmer until water has gone.
  4. Add sliced patties and fry for 5 mins.
  5. Add soy and oyster sauce and salt and pepper, cook for 1 min.
  6. Plate and top with sesame seeds.
