method
- Cook the Angel Bay Gourmet Beef patties according to the instructions on the packet, basting them with soy and ginger while they cook.
- Grate carrot and peel cucumber into ribbons and toast the bun.
- When the bun is toasted, spoon the sriracha mayo onto the bottom of the bun, top with the gourmet beef patty, grated carrot, ribboned cucumber, kimchi and finally a little more sriracha mayo on the top bun.
