- 2 cups prepared cheddar mac & cheese
- 8 rashers streaky bacon
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 16 dill pickle slices
- ½ cup burger sauce
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce

METHOD
- Reheat the mac & cheese until hot.
- Cook the bacon until crisp.
- Cook the Angel Bay Gourmet Beef & Cheese Patties according to pack instructions.
- Toast the brioche buns.
- Spread burger sauce over the base bun.
- Add lettuce, the beef patty, a generous spoonful of mac & cheese, two rashers of bacon and pickle slices.
- Drizzle over BBQ sauce, top with the bun and serve immediately.
