  • 250 streaky bacon
  • 8 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 8 gherkins sliced
  • ½ cos lettuce

METHOD

  1. Cook streaky bacon and patties according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Split and lightly toast the burger buns under the grill.
  3. Spread a generous layer of BBQ sauce on the bottom bun, place lettuce, patty, gherkin and bacon - repeat to double up your burger.
  4. Replace the bun's top and you're ready to serve.
