method
- Peel the skin from the black pudding and cut it into slices. Fry.

- Fry hash browns.
- Toast the brioche buns.
- On the bottom part on the bun, add a big dollop of beetroot relish.
- Then, add the gherkins, the Gourmet Lamb Patty, the hash browns and the black pudding.
