A bold, flavour-packed burger that’s easy to run on a busy café menu. The Delicioso Burger pairs a juicy beef patty with vibrant, punchy flavours. Frozen beef patties keep service quick and consistent.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 brioche buns
- 1 tbsp dukkah
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 75g cheddar cheese sliced
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1 tomato diced
- ½ red onion sliced
- 50g corn chips
- ½ handful fresh coriander
- 4 tbsp tzatziki

METHOD
- Cook the patties according to the instructions on the pack.
- When the patties are almost done, add cheese on top to get that delicious melt.
- Wipe the top bun with a bit of oil and add the dukkah seasoning.
- Smear BBQ Sauce on the bottom part of the bun.
- Add patty and cheese.
- Add sliced avocado, corn chips, diced tomato, red onion, and coriander.
- Add a big dollop of tzatziki and the top bun.
- Enjoy!
