Street Stack Taco

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 soft taco shells
  • 40g lettuce, shredded
  • handful of pickled peppers
  • 40g Manchego cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Sour Cream Sauce

  • 60g sour cream
  • 60g kewpie mayo
  • 1g garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

METHOD

  1. Grill the Angel Bay patty and until it reaches an internal temperature of 75c. Season if needed.
  2. Heat taco breads on a grill or microwave.
  3. Place lettuce and halved patty on taco bread, top with sauce and peppers.
  4. Finish with freshly grated cheese and serve.
