METHOD

  1. Cook the sliders according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Split the slider buns and lightly toast on grill.
  3. Prepare avocado smash with chilli and lemon.
  4. Assemble sliders with tomato relish on the bottom, lettuce, patty, avocado smash and tomatoes. Place top bun and spike with a jalapeno pepper to serve!
