Cooking suggestions

cooking - thermometer -rev

Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times

Cook from frozen for 5 minutes per side on a hot plate or frypan.

Cook from frozen for 20 minutes at 200°C.

Microwave

Cook each patty from frozen for 1 minute 15 seconds per side. Rest 1-2 minutes. (Times may vary depending on quantity heated and oven power).
