Cooking suggestions
Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times
Thawing and food safety
Planning ahead? You can thaw your Angel Bay products first to help speed up cooking time during service.
Here’s how to do it right:
- Thaw in the fridge at 4°C or colder
- Keep stored in the fridge at 4°C or colder once thawed
- Use within 48 hours of thawing
- Cook thoroughly before serving. The internal temperature must reach at least 75°C
- Do not refreeze once thawed

Hot plate/Fry Pan
Cook from frozen on a medium to high heat, with a touch of oil, for 4-5 minutes, turning every 1-2 minutes.
Oven
Preheat oven to 200°C. Cook from frozen for 12 minutes, turning part way through.
Microwave
Cook each patty from frozen for 50 seconds per side. Rest 1-2 minutes. (Times may vary depending on quantity heated and oven power).
