Our Lite Beef Dippers are a healthier alternative to other beef dippers, are New Zealand made and designed with the health-conscious consumer in mind.
Cooking suggestions
Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times
Hot plate/Fry Pan
Cook from frozen on a medium to high heat, with a touch of oil, for 4-5 minutes, turning every 1-2 minutes.
Oven
Preheat oven to 200°C. Cook from frozen for 12 minutes, turning part way through.
Microwave
Cook each patty from frozen for 50 seconds per side. Rest 1-2 minutes. (Times may vary depending on quantity heated and oven power).
