Here’s how to do it right:

  • Thaw in the fridge at 4°C or colder
  • Keep stored in the fridge at 4°C or colder once thawed
  • Use within 48 hours of thawing
  • Cook thoroughly before serving. The internal temperature must reach at least 75°C
  • Do not refreeze once thawed

 Cook from frozen on a medium to high heat for 13-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.

Heat oven to 200°C. Cook from frozen for 14-16 minutes, turning part way through.

 Microwave (1000w) each patty from frozen for 1 minute 20 seconds per side. Rest for 1-2 minutes. Microwave heating times may vary depending on number of patties heated and microwave power.
