TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ANGEL BAY COMPETITIONS

Angel Bay Subscribe & Win – Weekly Merch & Voucher Giveaway

Promotion Period
The promotion commences on 16th February 2026 and continues until further notice, unless withdrawn or amended by Angel Bay.

Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Angel Bay, ANZCO Foods, participating retailers, associated agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
To enter, individuals must subscribe via the official Angel Bay subscribe page at https://angelbay.com/subscribe and provide a valid email address during the promotion period.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries using different email addresses may be deemed invalid.

The Prize
Each week, one (1) winner will be drawn.

Each weekly winner will receive:

• One (1) Angel Bay merchandise pack, and
• Fifty-two (52) Angel Bay product vouchers.

Each voucher is valid for one (1) pack of Angel Bay burger patties and is redeemable at all good supermarkets nationwide, subject to product availability.

Vouchers are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. Any unused vouchers will not be replaced.

Prize Conditions
The merchandise pack contents are determined by Angel Bay and may vary. Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred.

Angel Bay takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or expired vouchers once issued to the winner.

Winner Selection
One winner will be drawn at random each week from all valid entries received up to the time of the draw.

The draw will take place at Angel Bay’s offices (or nominated location). All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure a fair draw process.

Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry.

If the winner does not respond within two (2) days of initial contact, Angel Bay reserves the right to redraw the prize and select a new winner.

Angel Bay accepts no responsibility for incorrect or inactive email addresses supplied by entrants.

Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the competition, including the use of their first name and/or social media handle for promotional purposes, without additional compensation (unless prohibited by law).

General Conditions

• Angel Bay reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
• Angel Bay may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Angel Bay reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time.
• To the extent permitted by law, Angel Bay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.

Privacy
By entering, entrants agree to their personal information being collected and used by Angel Bay for the purpose of administering this promotion and for future marketing communications in accordance with Angel Bay’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

The terms that apply for all Angel Bay competitions are:

• CRITERIA: You must be a New Zealand resident and have a New Zealand delivery address to be eligible to enter.
• TO ENTER: Conditions for entry are detailed in the Facebook and/or Instagram post, including like our Facebook Page or Follow our Instagram account (depending on your method of entry).
• ANZCO Foods employees, immediate family members thereof, and employees of the agency involved will not be permitted to participate in this competition.
• Angel Bay will post the winners name via Facebook or Instagram to arrange for prize delivery after the competition is over and the winners have been determined. If the winners do not contact or reply within two working days, Angel Bay have the right to choose the next available winners without any prize replacement to the original winners.
• Angel Bay reserve the right to disqualify all entries that are deemed to be inappropriate or offensive to other users. Angel Bay reserve the right to withdraw competitions or amend dates if required.
• Judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Winners names may be published on our website and via social media channels.
• The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Angel Bay competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook or Instagram from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
