Crispy beef meatballs, a creamy jalapeño popper dipping sauce and crunchy pickled vegetables make an easy share plate or light dinner. INGREDIENTS

24 Gourmet Beef Meatballs

1 cup mixed pickled vegetables (carrot, cucumber, radish and red onion)
6 rashers bacon
Fresh coriander, to garnish

Jalapeño Popper Dipping Sauce

125 g cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sour cream
½ cup grated tasty cheese
2 tbsp chopped pickled jalapeños
1 tbsp jalapeño brine
½ tsp garlic powder
Freshly cracked black pepper

METHOD

Stir together all dipping sauce ingredients until smooth.
Cook the Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Meatballs according to pack instructions until heated through and lightly browned.
Fry the bacon and chop.
Spoon the sauce on the bottom of the plate, arrange the meatballs and the pickled vegetables.
Top the vegetables with the chopped bacon and serve while hot.
