METHOD
- Preheat oven to 160ºC bake. Cook Angel Bay Breakfast Beef Bites according to instructions on packet.
- Whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper together until well combined. Finely dice capsicum and chop spinach. Cut each beef bite into 6 pieces.
- Divide beef bites, capsicum, spinach and three quarters of the cheese evenly between ten 200-220ml oven-safe jars. Pour in egg mixture and stir. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until puffed and set.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives to serve. Best served warm.
