ingredients

  • Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Burger Patties

  • Brioche Burger Bun

  • Cheddar Cheese, sliced

  • Lettuce

  • Tomato, sliced

  • Gherkin, sliced

  • Aioli

 

method

  1. Cook Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Burger Patties according to the instructions.
  2. With a few minutes left to cook add the sliced cheddar cheese to the patty and grill. At the same time put the sliced buns in to grill as well.
  3. Build the burger, starting with the lettuce, patty, tomato, gherkins and top with aioli and top bun.
