The Jaffle Stack

INGREDIENTS

  • 20g gravy
  • 5g Dijon mustard
  • 1g Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 8 slices bread
  • 40g butter
  • 40g cheddar cheese
  • 40g swiss cheese
  • 40g mozzarella cheese
  • 4 pickles
  • salt and pepper

METHOD

  1. Make sure the meat has broken up into small pieces, like mince.
  2. Combine the crumble Angel patty with gravy, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and diced onion.
  3. Spread butter over both sides of the sandwich slice, on one slice top with cheddar cheese beef mix then remaining two cheese varieties.
  4. Top with your other slice of buttered bread, then place on a preheated saucepan over a medium heat. Grill the sandwich until it is golden brown, and cheese has just begun to melt then flip it over and repeat.
  5. When the sandwich is finished season with salt and pepper and serve hot with a large dill pickle.
