Golden Ticket Competition - Terms and Conditions

TABLE OF CONTENTS
  1. Two gold tickets and four silver tickets are up for grabs.
  2. Promotion runs from 1st July 2024 through to 30th October 2024.
  3. Cannot be redeemed by any staff member or contractor that is employed by any New Zealand foodservice distributor.
  4. CRITERIA: You must be a New Zealand resident and have a New Zealand delivery address to be eligible to enter.
  5. TO ENTER: Find a gold or silver ticket in the Angel Bay sleeve or carton that you purchased, send a photo of yourself with the ticket to info@angelbay.com to claim the prize.
  6. The prize will be delivered to the winners by one of our Angel Bay Representatives.
  7. ANZCO Foods employees, immediate family members thereof, and employees of the agency involved will not be permitted to participate in this competition.
  8. Angel Bay reserve the right to disqualify all entries that are deemed to be inappropriate or offensive to other users. Angel Bay reserve the right to withdraw competitions or amend dates if required.
  9. Judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  10. Winners names and photos may be published on our website and via social media channels.
  11. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

As a condition of participating in a promotion, the winner indemnifies the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with that promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which the Promoter may incur arising out of the winner’s participation in the Promotion and/or participation in a prize, howsoever caused.
