Back in 1997, Angel Bay started out in the heart of beautiful Otago, serving up high-quality burger patties to satisfy hungry Kiwis and Pacific neighbours alike. From the very beginning, brought to you by ANZCO Foods—one of New Zealand’s largest exporters—our mission has been to help everyday people smash it with every meal. Whether it’s beef, lamb, or veggie patties, we’ve made it our goal to serve up a taste of New Zealand that reflects the Kiwi way of life.

Operating from our factory in Green Island, Dunedin, we pioneered the partially cooked patties that go from the freezer to your plate in minutes, making it easier than ever for you to feel like you’re smashing breakfast, lunch or dinner—no stress, just delicious food.
